Volunteer and small combination houses that drill or work at a pond, river, or ice edge need a sterile pre-work list — PFD, throw bag, shore safety — without treating a store kit as a boat license or a finished rescue narrative.
What’s inside

What it is not
It is not USCG certification. It is not a completed rescue report. It is not a dive cert and not a boat license. NightWarder does not invent a water rescue for a named house.
