This page restates the license in the Terms of Sale. If the two ever differ, the Terms page controls.
Single-organization use
When you buy a kit, the purchaser’s organization may use those blank files for its own work. That includes filling the shaded fields, adding your names and equipment, printing or PDF-ing completed copies, and keeping the blanks on systems that organization controls.
People inside that organization may use the same purchased files. You do not need a separate purchase for each person in the same department or company.
Exception: industrial procedure kits are licensed to one organization for use at one site. Each additional site needs its own purchase.
What you may not do
- Resell the blanks, or include them in a paid pack for other organizations
- Publish the unfilled templates for public download
- Share them with another department or company as their starting forms
- Use NightWarder files to run a competing template shop
A filled form you create for your own job stays yours as a record of that job. The blank file underneath remains NightWarder’s product.
What the license is not
The license is not a completed permit, lockout, program, or certification. It is not permission to represent NightWarder, and it is not legal advice. Travis is not a lawyer.
