These terms apply when you buy a NightWarder kit from nightwarder.com. Buying a kit means you accept them. If you do not agree, do not complete checkout.
NightWarder is operated by Travis Vandaveer, West Columbia, Texas. Travis is not a lawyer. This page is not legal advice. It is a conservative summary of how the store sells digital blanks.
What you are buying
You are buying a digital blank: a Word or Excel file, or a small set of those files. Kits are templates for the purchaser’s organization to fill, edit, and adopt locally.
A kit is not a completed permit, lockout, inspection, report, certification, or safety program. Filling a blank does not create authorization, approval, or a finished program. NightWarder does not issue permits and does not run your job.
Files are delivered by email after Stripe checkout from orders@nightwarder.com. Your file is emailed within about an hour of purchase. Delivery is not instant download.
License
Purchase grants a non-exclusive license for one organization — the purchaser’s department, company, or crew — to use the files internally. You may copy the blanks for people in that organization and keep them on that organization’s systems.
Industrial procedure kits are licensed to one organization for use at one site. Each additional site needs its own purchase. All other NightWarder templates keep the single-organization license above.
You may not resell the files, share them as a competing template pack, publish them for others to download, or use them to offer a rival forms product. A longer restatement is on the License page.
Not advice
NightWarder kits are stationery. They are not legal advice, safety advice, training, or a substitute for your own procedure, competent person, or authority having jurisdiction. You decide whether a blank fits your work and how to fill it.
Refunds
These are digital goods. If you want a refund, contact nightwarder@agentmail.to within 7 days of purchase. Include the order email or Stripe receipt so the purchase can be found. Refund requests are handled by email, not at checkout.
Limitation of liability
Kits are provided as-is. NightWarder does not warrant that a blank is complete, current, or fit for a particular job. To the fullest extent allowed by law, NightWarder and Travis are not liable for how you fill, adopt, skip, or rely on a template, or for any injury, loss, citation, delay, or other outcome tied to that use.
If a court finds NightWarder owes you money, the exclusive remedy is a refund of the amount you paid for that kit. NightWarder is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Some places do not allow certain limits. If those rules apply to you, the limits above apply only as far as the law allows.
Privacy
Checkout runs on Stripe. This site uses Google Analytics 4. See Privacy for what is collected and how to reach support.
