What this workbook is for
Volunteer departments that keep life-safety rope need a place for inventory, use history, and inspection notes without pretending a spreadsheet is a certification.
What’s inside
This workbook is built as a blank log for your department. Gold cells stay empty until your officer fills them. One file covers rope ID and in-service data, use rows (date, location, how used, conditions, damage/shock/edges), and clean/inspect results.
What it is not
It is not a manufacturer paper card in the bag. It is not proof you meet any NFPA edition. Retirement and inspection intervals stay yours and your AHJ’s — NightWarder does not print those as law.
EXAMPLE (Station 99 only): one row per rope; officer fills gold cells after each use or inspect.
