What this workbook is for
Volunteer and small-department houses that keep a station emergency generator need a place for run/exercise notes, fuel receipts and tank levels, and ATS/transfer remarks — without treating a spreadsheet as a certification or a finished emergency-power program.
What’s inside
Blank Excel for the house generator and station utilities log. Gold cells stay empty until your officer fills them. One file covers generator exercise/run rows, fuel receipts and levels, and ATS/transfer notes.
What it is not
It is not NFPA 110 certification. It is not a completed EPSS. It is not an apparatus inspection — truck checks stay on the apparatus inspection log. Cadence and load-test years are buyer/AHJ input. NightWarder does not print those intervals as law.
EXAMPLE (Station 99 only): officer logs a weekly exercise, a fuel ticket, and an ATS note; next load-test year stays an INPUT cell.
Get the kit
This one is live. Buy the blank workbook, or open the catalog card. Complements the apparatus inspection log — it does not replace it.
